House rules of 'Kärnten Appartements' Check out: Key handover on the day of departure. The rooms and apartments must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure so that we can prepare them for the next guests. Exceptions require our permission. If you wish to leave after 10:00 AM but no later than 2:00 PM, you will be charged €35. Don't forget to return your keys! Breakfast: We serve breakfast between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Parking: There is parking available next to the house. Parking is at your own risk. The parking area is exclusively for guests. Visits from friends/family and acquaintances are allowed. They will pay €2.50 for parking the car and €2 per person. Points of attention: • Smoking is prohibited throughout the house! Smoking is allowed only on the terraces or balconies, where the ashtrays are placed. Smoking (Electronic) cigarettes, cigars, pipe, shisha, etc.• We ask people who return late from their outings to keep in mind the early birds (and vice versa). • We would like all residents to respect the nighttime rest from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM; in case of disturbance, this will be pointed out. • In case of breach of domestic peace or violation of the house rules, appropriate measures will be taken by the competent authority to restore order. • Access to the house may be denied after repeated warnings or after a serious breach of domestic peace. • When you return home in the evening, please lock the front door. • In your apartment, there is 1 roll of toilet paper and some dishwasher tablets available for the first day; after that, these should be purchased by you. • There is a kitchen package, towels, and bed linen available for use during your booked period. If you wish to exchange this for a clean package, this is of course possible for a small fee: ...Kitchen € 2,- (dishcloth, kitchen towel, tea towel),Towel package € 2.50 (hand towel and bath towel),Bed linen € 5,- (2 pillowcases, duvet cover, fitted sheet).Theft/liability:• The guest is liable for loss or damage caused by themselves or their fellow travelers. The guest is required to report the introduction of dangerous or illegal goods (drugs, explosives, weapons, etc.). In general, the property is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence of its representatives.• Anyone who causes damage to the building or its inventory is liable according to legal provisions. Theft and intentional material damage will be reported immediately.• Upon departure, an inspection of the rooms/apartments will be carried out by the management of the property. • The compensation for any damage and the loss of keys will be calculated as a flat rate of €20, and must be paid in cash upon departure. • We are not responsible for damage to motor vehicles (including personal belongings) and bicycles, etc. on the property of the house. • The house expressly declines any responsibility for the loss of valuable items (especially jewelry and cash). The safekeeping of personal belongings, technical equipment brought, and similar items is the sole responsibility of the guest. • Children play in the garden and on the equipment under the supervision and responsibility of their parents.
