17 km from Villach and 18 km from Klagenfurt (airport). Velden has a train station and the bus stops outside our door.
You can use our spacious private parking with video surveillance, Wi-Fi, and BBQ facilities for free.
We provide various freshly baked rolls and croissants or breakfast by prior reservation.
Around the house, there is a large garden with a children's playground and a large heated outdoor pool.
Furthermore, table tennis, basketball, billiards, and table football are available.
During your stay, you will receive the Wörthersee Plus card for free in the high season, which gives you discounts on various activities.
Our newly renovated apartments/studios are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen.
The apartments/studios have a hairdryer, filter coffee machine/Senseo, kettle, dishwasher, oven or microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
In the garden, there are also designated camper places which can make use of the swimming pool, toilet, shower, electricity, gray and black water disposal, and fresh drinking water taps.

Our holiday home is located just 2.5 km from the turquoise waters of Lake Wörthersee and is surrounded by 3500 m2 of garden, with large heated swimming pool, which you as a guest can use free of charge. In the garden, the children can enjoy themselves on the bouncy castle, the playground equipment or in the sandbox. (responsibility and supervision obviously lies with the parents).
Our Holiday Home is located on the outskirts of Velden am Wörthersee in the Augsdorf district. In beautiful Carinthia, where it is divine to dwell.
Since July 7, 2017 we are the proud owners of Kärnten Appartements. We are renovating the entire complex into holiday apartments. There are now 6 apartments and 2 studios completely renewed, the floors have all been laminated and new beds have been placed.
The apartments and studios are equipped with new fully equipped kitchens all with dishwasher, spacious rooms and they are completely newly furnished, except for two apartments they all have a walk-in shower. All but one have a spacious balcony with views over the mountains and the garden / pool / parking. In the garden you will find deck chairs and tables, sun loungers, a BBQ, large heated swimming pool, playground equipment, sandpit and large bouncy castle (in good weather) for the children, all of which you can use for free. A stream of water runs past our house where the children, but also the dog, can play and cool off. There is also a large recreation room, where you can stay in the evening or in less weather. This room is equipped with billiard table, football table, div. games, big screen/TV etc. In the late season and winter, the Whirlpool can be used for a small additional fee.
In the entrance hall is a cupboard full of reading books to borrow and Board games for young and old, in the unlikely event that it is not weather to go out.
We are a Dutch couple with hospitality experience that strives to let people / families enjoy a well-deserved holiday.
In addition to a friendly welcome, you will also find all the help you may need. We are ready for you, to let you enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
