Confirming the reservation / Deposit If you book one month in advance, you must pay the total amount + deposit immediately. If you book less than 3 months in advance, the deposit is 30% + deposit. You will pay the balance one month before departure. If you book more than 3 months in advance, you pay 30% + deposit at the time of booking (deposit) and the balance one month before departure.

The deposit must be paid within 5 days of confirmation of the reservation. If we do not receive your payment by {Anfrage-Frist} into our account, the reservation will be canceled on our site, and you will be charged 30% of the total amount.

Late Check-out For departure after 10:00 AM by arrangement, if possible and no later than 2:00 PM. Pay € 35,--.

Deposit The deposit amount: €200,-- per apartment/studio.This amount will be refunded to your account within 7 days after departure if everything is in order
