If you book one month in advance, you must pay the total amount + deposit immediately.
If you book more than one month in advance, the deposit is 30% of the total amount including the deposit.
You pay the remaining amount no later than one month before arrival.
The deposit must be paid within seven calendar days of confirmation of the reservation.
An exception to this is when booking for the following calendar year, in which case the deposit must be paid in the first week of January in the calendar year of the booking.
If we do not receive your payment in our account within the specified period, the booking will be cancelled and you will be charged a €35 administration fee.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to 3 months prior to arrival. Excluding €35 administration fee.
From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the travel sum + administration fee.
1 month prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel sum + administration fee.
In case of early departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel sum.
Late Check-out
For departure after 10:00 a.m., in consultation, if possible and no later than 2:00 p.m. Cost: €50,-.
Deposit
The deposit amount: €200,-- per apartment/studio.This amount will be refunded to your account within 7 days after departure if everything is in order.
